Going from Marjo's post on the forums the neutral tps are simply all but purple & blue zones and PR. I think. I reserve the right to be completely wrong...

Edited: ignore me. I read it properly this time and i've realised i'm talking nonsense... Doh!

p.s. Can this info be added to the maps in some way?

when did you get these ? when guild was still undetermined state ?

i can have both Kami/Kara tp's in FH and BB.
fame with kami -0 and kara +0 (or was it other way around, was playing with temple guards at that time
race fames, at least 60+ in every race, undetermined still

Hmmm thats weird then lol , I did BB (and FH) on my Matis Alt -she has speed 2 lol , shes Matis , in my storage Guild (undetermined for both) , Undetermined Race , Neutral Faction but will have some Kara fame (-10 Kami , 10 Kara) so maybe that blocks some Kami TP's ?

Did you try DD Kami ? I got that one

Rechecked FH and BB Kami's n it only shows DP pacts on my Matis and my BM (Tryker/Karavan) Tryker (Undetermined/Neutral)

Still cant get FH Kami on Jetep , thought that was gonna be the one with the fame issue in the patch notes :/

Kami and Kara TP's back in Hidden Source +works for Neutrals (Kami 541m North of The Arid Matis camp / 222m North West of Virginia Falls Magic Pole))

name the time and i'll be there.

HH had kami tp (and forum says it's still in old place), UB had welcomer and now it also has kami tp (by forum, it sounds to be in same place as welcomer was)

both are relatively easy to get to

Ahha just read that on the forum myself UB looks easy to get but HH is gonna be alittle tricky dontknow that area very well n the Torbs used to be impassable without speed

My ATS Fyros (Fyros/Neutral) , 9 Kami / -8 Kara can get BB & FH Kami so it looks like you need +Kami Fame , strange you do for these and not the others :/

lol, it seems you are correct.
just tried it and i cant get Kami BB with Karu, same story with FH kami tp, cant buy it ;-(

checked FH temple guards and they are not mad at me. so kami is -0 (it was +0 before probably when i got the tickets from both tp's in BB)

Haven of Purity Kara TP , Maiden Grove Kara TP , Dew Drops Kami TP and Fount Kami TP have all now moved next to their Welcomers

Upper Bog Kami TP has moved -lol anyone know where the Kami Welcomer is ?

I think thats all the ones which werent with their Welcomer (Oflovaks Oasis Kara is still in its pre-patch new position along with the moved Welcomer and still doesnt work for Neutrals)

Its on the Southern end of the series of cliffs that run down the West side of Oflovaks Oasis almost on the border to the Frahar Towers Region

np ive posted new TP positions (that dont work for Neutrals too) and heres another to prove it

Upper Bog Kami TP by the Welcomer (152m out of the West exit from Stali Stronghold)

(Any credit for finding it goes to Rushin who had bought a ticket at the old location (wish id done that -doh!) - ported in and told me where to go)

ohh fun, slowly but finally they start to come to their senses and make tp's act like they should of acted from day 0*
lets hope they have not hit their head and they continue to fix other tp's similar way (code reusing is unknown to them it seems) and they remove this odd distribution of neutral tp's and make it possible to be friend, + fame, with both kami/kara for neutral.

* when kami/kara invented tp's, kami/kara should of been balanced, -kami could not buy tickets from kami tp's, etc

looks like it... when i got Neniti to +kara, i was able to get Heretic Hovel Kara tp (with +kami it was not possible)

gotta trek to FG with Neniti to check tp's there with +kara fame (gotta trek to lot of places burned most tp's lol)
